A range of property management services enabling you, the owner, to relax knowing that yout holiday home is in safe and trustworthy hands .
Weekly or fortnightly visits to check that your home is in good order and safe, depending on the level of service required.
Are you absolutely sure that your guests will arrive to a well-prepared property, clean and tidy?
If not, then "Come Rain or Shine" can help you. We have the advantage of proximity and care that you will rarely find elsewhere. We also have the services of a Chartered Building Surveyor available to arrange your regular maintenance and repairs, giving you Professional help and advice.
We speak English and Spanish and can therefore deal with all types of public utilities, builders and Officialdom that you will encounter on the Costa del Sol.
Key Holding
Whilst you are absent, we safely hold your keys for regular inspections and cleaning.
All service packs include Preparation and Cleaning prior to each arrival.
We can provide Welcome Packs (optional extra) for even more convenience to suit your, or your guest´s needs.
Rentals
We can advertise your property for short-term rent, gaining you extra income and at the same time ensuring your protection.
If you wish, we can also rent your property long-term (up to 11 months), preparing a legally binding contract that fully protects your interests.
Repairs
We will only arrange for repairs under your instructions, for things such as painting and decorating, alterations, etc.

Bronze Service
Key holding in case of Emergencies only, such as water leaks, roof leaks or malicious damage.
Silver Service
Key holding with a fortnightly inspection and report.
Gold Service
Key holding with a weekly inspection and report.
Rentals Available
